Application Types

GapCross is designed for assessments and audits. Our creative GapCross users have found other valuable ways to use GapCross.

After an invitation is accepted, the shared program, assessment or record will appear on your dashboards.

Sharing is used to:

• collaborate on the development of an assessment programs,
• conduct team assessments,
• request an assessee to provide information prior to an assessment,
• have an assessee respond to identified gaps by describing corrective actions and attaching evidence of the corrections, or
• allow others to view but not modify an assessment or a permanent assessment record.

Assessments can be shared in full edit mode, read-only mode, or leave-comments mode. The commnets mode allows the sharee to add comments, reply to observations and add attachments but not modify assessment answers or observations made the the assessor. Records are always shared in read-only mode.
